Requesting to Hire a Model Maker? [BIG PICTURES]

AHOY EVERYONE! 
so.. I am not fully sure this is the right area? Or, if this is a thing still done? I know there are a few model makers kicking around these days and.. Well.. 
I am hoping I am getting back into the game at a point where there's a few who might be willing to make a custom Office tower for me? 
Honestly, this was something i wanted to make, and kind of HAVE made in different versions over the years since the early 2000's...

Now, I know my Art-Deco.. and. I'll just say, I designed this thing when.. I was like 16 or so? (I mean original sketches, it has evolved a lot over time)
You'll notice it is 'Somewhat' similar to the  Chrysler building, but, fully symmetrical in terms of the base and how the steps go around the central tower.
I actually made a version of this in the SimCity 3000 model maker... but... I don't know that there was a way of importing it into SC4. In any case... I know people are busy these days, msot of us are grown up with kids and such... But.. If someone out there wants to give it a go, I am ok with compensating for time and such. 

In any case, here is a little something I call.. "The Crossroads Central Control Tower!"

Custom Content Forum (where you put it) seems like the right area to me.

We've allowed posts like this before (and I don't recall if anyone ever accepted a job).

The key part is Simtropolis, the site owner (Dirk), and all its staff take no responsibility for whatever work agreement and compensation is made. That's totally up to the individual peeps.

Oh of course, and something I am fully aware of and accept. 
But after all this itme, interested to see someone take a crack ar it if possible

With a week of rounding, I guess we could call it about a month.  But yeah, even at 3 weeks I'll allow the bump.

I don't know if anyone has ever accepted on something like this. We do get such a request every couple of years, but I believe they just fade away.
