It's OK but a bit to much Maxis for my taste. I'm rating 3/5

Nice work, but it's gonna look strange if it's not made of wood. Most boardwalks you see have wood decks and railings too, and sometimes extend over the water a bit. However, you need to specify any dependencies. If there is none, tell that. The Ferris Wheel looks like a dependency.

Nope, the Ferris Wheel is taken from the Maxis farmers' market or whatever it is called. From what I can see, this is all Maxis.

maxis is cool, what do u do without maxis?

Why is "official" part of the title? Have there been "unofficial" CBBP releases???

it looks like a well put together pack nathan. As your intention was to provide a dependency free pack you have done well but from my POV it still needs saying that it could be greatly improved by the careful choice of a few dependencies. 2 or 3 deps is fine, esp for a complicated modular project like this.

It's nice, but mst boardwalks don't even have dependences. Overall 3/5 you could've added cliff walls to it.

Cool!! I like it and I will use it. I give it a 4 out of 5!! I absolutely HATE dependencies!! Even 1 or 2 is too much for me. I have seen some very beautiful lots that I would dearly love to have in my cities, but have not dl'd them because they have 10 or 12 or more dependecies. I have seen 3 different people use the same dependency and call it 3 different names.

this is great lotting wonderfull filler for those dock area where your trying to meet up to the city

I'm a big fan of the MAPP, but that's not competition. I like this, and it'll go great with PEG's Seawalls. I personally enjoy it, and woohoo! Another theme park for my metro area. Thank you! 6/5
