Walking through the western Financial District, 10 Hanover Square is just another International style building you wouldn't give any notice to. Its architecture is simple, flat glass faces, white columns to divide them, and a Soupman in the ground floor (woohoo!). But what you wouldn't know is that in 2005 a massive renovation was finished. Up until then, the corporate giant Goldman Sachs ran the building as office space, and the building was even more bland than it is now! Then it was converted into a residential condominium with: 17 floor renovations, lobby renovations, new elevators, and a new power supply, not to mention the roof garden and canopy (included in the residential version, very pretty!), proving to be one of Lower Manhattan's most contrasting buildings.
But with a simple shape, it fits in nicely with almost any SimCity. If you need a generic building, or maybe your city needs another Starbucks, here's your answer.

As usual, no dependencies! Just unzip it in your plugins folder and you're good to go!
There are two files inside, one for the growable versions and one for the ploppables. If you don't like ploppables, you can delete those. If you don't like growables, you can delete those. Or don't delete any at all. Your choice.
