Here's a block based on some very decayed soviet blocks, from after the union broke up.

Inspired by such sights found in some of the worse off former Soviet countries.

Made for my own little commie city useage :P

I work in a firm for a month doing 3D modeling, and this one guy, from Georgia, had little scripts and plops that look similar to the different textures on the solariums, or is that solaria, for plural, since I am getting the incorrect spelling underline... lol... uh oh, lol is underlined too. XD Great low wealth building. I prefer to say old building. Age, it adds distinction.
