The pics look reasonably ok, but why allow only one to be installed at once?

Because since I used the same LODs for them, if you install more than one, they all default to the last loaded.

How come they aren't showing up in the parks menu? I intstalled each one, one at a time... They look great by the pictures, but I want them in the game please!

Why didn't you make them as props and use a prop family ?
