I would think that heath would probably go down (yes, I understand it's medical) and same with education.

well, I want it to be a 50% chance of increase in health and 50% chance in education but I don't know how to do that YET or whether it's possible or not. I believe this ordinance has a "hate it or love it" relationship. that's why only some states/country enact this ordinance in real world but not all. but I think for those who want it, they should have a chance to let their sims get "higher" creativity/education and health.

People stop downrating comments everyone is entitled to there own opinion about pot you dont need to downrate all the people who like this modd to make yourself feel good.

Exactly ! I guess there is a couple of jerks and trolls that have nothing better to do that be destructive with others comments...Doesn't matter because with this new ordinance I can just sit back and relax and laugh at almost everything :P

Nice one! Here in NL the stuff is (legally) sold in so called "coffeeshops".. and some of them in Amsterdam are located in beautiful old monumental buildings, so this mod might trigger a few more of those great Old Dutch-style bats/lots??
