Any time I can get a tool that educates me just a little bit more it is worth a rating from me. So I gave it a nice rating. Don't know if I'll use it, but at least I can learn something.

Great Idea! Now...I admit that I cheated, have an exorbitant budget and am baldly shamefaced! Is there any way I can do the opposite, that is to restore a normal budget?
