the 1x1 flower garden modded to get rid of trash air polution and water polution totaly. This was an old kbi mod wich i incorprated into a lot .Just plop one at a time and watch for when to plop more.
you only need 3 or 4 in a small city 5 to 8 in a mid size city and 8 to ten in a large city.Unless it a all dirty inderstry city then you need more.
