Wish there were more desolated buildings/ruins like this. I bet many CJers could use it in their stories. A welcomed addition into the STEX

This is good for a run down city. But for many others who like there gleaming metropolises, I don't think too many would use this. But on the good side: This is a great start and it fits in nice: It actully has windows and details! :D love it!

if we got more uploads like this instead of what seems lately to be spam, the STEX would be a better place.

Nice try and nice idea, but architechturally seen, this building is unrealistic, roof and ceilings are not supported, the blown out hole is way too large for the building to be still standing like this, totally illogical, even for the poor Sims

blueball, i know i probably could have done better. I originally was going to keep this for myself so I didn't look for every specific detail. Thanks for the advice anyway, I'll use some of it when I make more BATs :)

ikhwan, i've seen your suburban series ALOT. you have really good talent. I downloaded the 3d model of one of yours and was thinking about making one of yours a ghost town too.

ikhwan, the only thing i need from u are the textures because apparently the textures didn't come with it. so give me links to pics of textures and I'll put them in the correct places, I can use the provided pics to know where to put them.

ghosts! That would be cool, lol!

A Lot more would be cool for these. Maybe a new zone for ghost buildings where old shacks, wooden commercial lots, mines for industry, and random mine cars and mine tracks added on to the shibang in industry zoning, where it pops up to connect if you put a mine rail through the zone! A building like this would fit well for an abandoned high rise ghost city.
