These look like the Red Light Cameras that we have in Raleigh NC, Perhaps you could make a Red Light Camera Version ?!

Cool idea! But the fact that it decreases capacity seems somwhat un-realistic. Since it forces cars to slow down somewhat, it might be better if this BAT increased the commute time very slightly. But that would inturn also lower capacity a little bit, too. Interesting idea, though. Downloaded!

I have a lovely brown box on the one way road Speed Camera.... But the normal road and avenue ones work fine. Very Bizarre indeed ???

PS: according to LOT-Editor the main building is missing. Does anyone know how/where to get it?
