It is a little bit bland, I'm afraid to say. Maybe it would be adequate on 2003, when people were starting to experiment with LOT and BAT, but in 2010... you should try harder.

Everything here is true. It could use a lot of work but maybe, if properly corrected, it could be quite a good lot. My B.A.T doesn't work so he is doing better than me.

Looks good for a low wealth city. Dont listen to them. It is a perfect shopping center, at least for a small rural town!!!

If I were to download (which I never do anymore - I downloaded everything I want), I would just take the airplane off and take off one row and colum of tiles, condense the "shopping center", and add a parking lot at the edge. People - A little customization wouldn't hurt!

And about the actual building, all I see is a "open space, gray tarmac" in there, the shop is not there
