Getting better. I love the lot layout, although the lightpoles seem precariously placed. Textures a wee on the bright side but a nice model overall. TY

I think a great addition to this would have been a specialty prop to match the signage on the BAT itself. The standard Maxis "googie" style sign prop is okay, but I'd much rather see a custom Repsol sign in its place!

Spanisher, any tips for how I can get the ground textures to appear? Would I be missing a texture pack or anything?

Why do uploaders always insist on using obscure, out of the way dependencies that are very likely to disappear? Why not just include them or not use them?

The standard Maxis buildings and layout get too regular after a while, and lots like this are a great antidote. From the trapezoidal roof to the irregularly-shaped building which does not all line up with the right angles of the road grid, this is a nice change. Good work!
