In game pic please? If you just said you don't know how to convert png to jpg, then there is something in MS paint called"Save as Jpg". As well, for Jpg images, you can also use the recorder cheat or use "print screent" and then in paint press Ctrl-V. However, this upload sounds pretty good and I give it a3/5.

open the png file with PAINT, and Save the file As jpg file. That will convert your picture.

Please provide a ingame picture with this upload. Without a in game picture the file will be locked. The creator of the upload has alredy said it will be fixed. Please do not comment below this until he fixes his upload he already knows what needs to be done.

i used lot editor so i don't know how to change that part, just the looks

Made my patient capacity go up to like 4000, but then said i have like 5 billion patients and now i just get annoying messages telling me to build more clinics

The four squares don't flow together very well. It looks hackneyed to me.
