Trees would give it a more natural and less harsh look in my opinion.

I agree - details like a driveway (and possibly a garage or carport), a footpath towards the front door, a terrace in the back, some bushes and flowers, a path (or some treadstones) from the house to the pool, and a tree or two could really make a difference. Your buildings are getting better and better, but the lot is important as well.

More props, more details in the building can make this lot MUCH better. I saw your sequel-dream house-it's much better than this-Nice work!

Good improvement on your Dream house, but back to the topic of this one, i dont think a basic $$ house would be this large, have a swimming pool and not have a garage. Good work and i am really only picking holes as i have seen your improved dream house, but if you put it up to $$$ and add a garage then i will be impressed.

I could have sworn I saw this on the Sketchup 3D warehouse. But nice work.
