nice work alj, if I'm not mistaken your first upload/BAT? I especially like the back side of the building. I'd personally prefer it if it had a fence in the backyard and to me the roof is a tad saturated/dark, but all in all very good.

This building is boring, nondescript, and ugly... in other words, it's just what we needed! A superb BAT that will add much more realism to many a row of W2W buildings. :o) Not to forget, it will also increase the effect of the more ornate buildings, because it will make them stand out more. GREAT first upload, congratulations!
