Your lighting rig is too small for this building, that's why you have the missing shadows on the top 10% of the building. This is a MAJOR issue that you should have fixed, and we could help you if you would open a BAT thread. Otherwise, nice model, very bright textures (see how balanced xylo's building is?).

Just go into the Forum under "SimCity 4 Builders Forum"> "BAT - Open Discussion" > and click on the green button that says "new topic" (its up at the top, under the main navigation buttons). Its pretty simple, just post some pictures of the things you are working on and any problems you may have.

A BAT thread would really help get rid of some of the smaller errors here (shadowing, saturated textures), as you clearly have tons of potential. This reminds of some old Equinox and DT skyscrapers...in a totally awesome way!
