It should have a negative affect on commerce, it does everywhere they are located.

The lot can't be made growable. The simulator is restricted to 6x6 lots. I you want a bigger parking lot, you can just do it your self! I did! And the sign says Supercenter already.

all we need now is a sams club and a lowes and i'll have every thing to compleate my neighborhood by my house - great job - 10

There's no Walmarts in my country (yet?), and reading the above posts I guess we're lucky ;-). I like having it in SimCity though, this lot is really very well done!

Hey baco you should make a White Castle lot

I think your lots are quite good, but I think you might want to mute the primary colors a bit. While I understand you're going for realism, there are rarely colors that bright within the game and they tend to stand out a bit. Other than that, quite a good lot.

walmart stinks

This is great looking Baco. We need a Super Wal-Mart version only twice the size and with an auto and garden center. I'd also hate to find parking at that place, its needs to be about twice the size just to accommodate all the cars. Wow.

Looks good baco! But unfortunatly the lot is very ugly. Oh well, still a 10/10 for bringing in everyone's favorite economy-crashing building!

something i find amazing about these post, you people say that wal-mart ruins the economy, and does not promote jobs. i find that hard to believe since wal-mart is one of the biggest companies and has one of the largest work forces. not to mention that the stock is still going up.

by the way wal-mart helps keep inflation down and jobs for all the people that make ALL of the products they sale. if you or your parnets work for a company and walmart sells that product, think about the fact they may not have a job if it was not for wal-marts selling the quanties they do. :)

I don't like Wal-Mart either. I live in a 20,000 pop. town and the Walmart here is killing every other store. Besides, I hate one-stop shopping. :P

This reminds me soo much of the first Wal*Mart we had in town, even the colors are right. It's been gone for well over ten years, replaced by SIX Super Centers, crazy! The newest one just opened in December, and is in their largest size range. I swear it's bigger than the LA Convention Center.

Ah, one of my favorite places, indeed. I have seen these with red trim, but blue would be nice. Waiting for a Barnes & Noble. I like the realism. Even the sign looks real. I give you a 10!

There's something that puzzles me: On this and some of the other lots that have "jobs" when I click on the query for these buildings, it gives no further info. However, on the tranist query, it does give some. Still, I like your lots. Great job!

this is soooooooo coooooooooooooooooooooool, even my wife commented on it....but why is the parking on the side and not in front? Why are there trailers on bothe sides and not in the back? Nice lot though, give me a home depot!
