About This File
G'day,
Today to parphrase Nevil Shute I present Australia's iconic inland town, Alice Springs. Well one will have to build it anyhow. On the banks of the Todd River, in the Macdonnell Ranges. This is quite an arid area, they received more rain in 2 days this week than the total for last year, 70mm. Consequently the river is running at the minute. The surrounding plain is about 600m high and the highest elevation of the ranges in this map is about 930m.
The drill is to use wouanagaines mapper or terraformer as it is in 16bit .sc4m format. Instructions are in the readme.
This map was produced using dem dat and is 16bits.
I made this map several weeks ago but had not uploaded it and as wallabie jack was impersonating wallaby jack over there, I thought I would.
I think that's all
cheers
