Wait for people to test it!

Just looked at this in SC4Tools. There's a ton of required props and files and whatnot, spread over who knows how many dependencies/packs - PEG, RTMT, JEK, Bob's Burger Bar. I'm betting the Pizza Hut is Kevdan's. None of these are included, but none are listed in the description. I'd suggest spending less time translating into Spanish and more time listing the dependencies needed to make it work.

I'm fully with madhatter106....tons of dependencies not even mentioned, rules weren't read!!! Besides this is another lot that is exagerated with "lawnsale"stuff. No good points from me, sorry, work on it and be realistic.

This doesn't look very realistic at all. The parking lot is to large for those kinda stores and the stores don't seem to fit in at all with the other ones. I defiantly agree with madhatter106 because I see allot of props that's not already in simcity4. If you want to improve you lotting skills try making a thread since it will really help.

If my sims were hungry i wouldnt feel sorry for them. You cant go crying to your mayor to solve your food problems.

List, the, required, description. We want to know how much jobs it provides, garbage production, water/electricity usage, lot size, air/water pollution and most importantly, dependencies! Try opening a thread to ask for help.

This useless non-functional landmark shows us that never give newbies the benefit of the doubt after looking at their first upload. And please do not flood the STEX with these uninspiring work during the long holidays. I do not feel any gracious at this time of year seeing these trash.

nice try with the translation to Spanish but I tell you it almost makes no sense, and regarding the upload if you want to contribute and avoid bad comments and annoying ppl open a thread were you show your work before uploading it...

Stores are un realistic, it appears that you also failed to post many dependencies. Night Lighting is non exsistant. 1/10 maybe.....

It's not so bad. It looks a little realistic to me. The parking lot is ok. But the textures don't fit in, try a little darker texture. I would give it a 5/10

might want to have a picture with closer zoom. Its hard to see it.

I have to track this for a while because my compuer crashed. but 5/5 6/10. I'll download it(and all my other 200-300 mods) soon.

just for knowledge I don't make building but I recycle thus I download building and bring you a new 1 so stop bad comments

We know you "recycle." Which is fine, you just have to list the dependencies of what you recycled - otherwise your lot just shows up as a big gray square. If you don't list them, then the whole point of uploading to share it is futile...
