Once upon a time we had a great CJ called Joro by Frogface. One might recall the unique houses he made, but sadly they were lost (but not sadly they were changeed into his middle-east homes), but not anymore! Frogface sent me his amazing MEB models, and I, using the BAT for the first time
, added the old roof back on. Due to popular request and with Frogface's full permission, I have uploaded these houses.... to the world!

select all the relavant files in the folder you downloaded
copy them into your simcity4 plugins folder.
mydocuments/simcity4/plugins
These homes develop on blocks of 4x5 and 5x4 so you will need to zone and ctrl to acheive the right size.
They grow in all residential densities
