With Frogface's permission, I upload the hip roof version of his MEB homes that I have added a roof to to remake his old Joro homes. Enjoy!

select all the relavant files in the folder you downloaded
copy them into your simcity4 plugins folder.
mydocuments/simcity4/plugins
These homes develop on blocks of 4x5 and 5x4 so you will need to zone and ctrl to acheive the right size.
They will grow in all residential densities.
