This is a new mega-pack containing 128 new mods (using 24 designs with various options) that change your police car to a modern car, perfectly suited to police duty, called the CrimPwnzor. The improvements over previous releases of mine are substantial enough to make me call them a whole new generation - new lightbars, new light effects, HD textures, etc. All have a fully functioning lightbar, headlights and all that stuff, it's drivable and whatnot, etc etc etc. Basically it works just like the original police car except its not that GODAWFUL OLD CLUNKER police car that came with the game...JEEZ that thing is UGLY 
Anyway, all mods also change your police car props to a True3D model that is identical to the cars driving on your streets.
None of these designs are based on any specific country's or city's police car design, but take cues from various sources.
