Does this include the two small shops behind the industrial shed? If that is the case, it looks like a nice little filler lot. Would make a decent growable I-M or something.

Well it does look good. But as far I'm consenered, you may want to download custom content and props to make this safehouse more realisitic. Trust me, I've played NFS games before. Most Wanted is my most fav of all.

As people commented in your last upload, you really need to start adding details in your description. Landmark, ploppable, growable, how many jobs and what kind etc

it's ploppable and it's doesn't grow. I don't think it brings jobs because when I downloaded it, it was found in the park section in SC4
