What density? Looks like a great bldg for R$ areas as well as squeezed into big cities. Got a kick out of noticing in the version that is set back off the street (I assume the 1x2 version) - five parking spaces for a five story bldg ;)

these ugly boxes constitute about 2/3 or may be even 4/5 of all buildings in Tokyo and are... wonderful! Wonderful in their unassuming utilitarianism. And this is a great recreation of one. they windows are done perfectly!
