Looks great at the region level. But not sure how practical it is for city building, especially the centeral zones

Probably not good for a city, maybe mars.... But idea is nevertheless suberb and the result is fantastic. 5

Great idea, reminds me of those artificial islands in Dubai. But as the others already said: probably not useful for building large cities. Nevertheless, 4/5 :)

Even if this is rather impractical to build on, practicality is never really a reason to not like something along these lines. And in any case, if you do build something big on this or something else it's far more of an achievement.

Seems like the Dragon Island could be a tourist attraction, with commercial service and hotels all over. And terraform some large land masses far away from it for the major city. I like it. 5/5

It could prove to be a big challenge if you avoid the wings. But if anyone here knows me, I love challenging regions. I opt for mountainous terrain or islands. I shall try building here after I have a large population in Kinbasket Lake and Lusterfjord.
