more st. paul buildings. someone really needs to make the first national bank building. this is an amazing building anyway so 5/5. i'm just saying though my city's don't feel complete without a building with a giant neon 1 on the Top.

Great to see this big monster here in the STEX ! It is just perfect, and I have already used it in one of my cities as its largest building, and the skyline shines so bright with this new add...this is your best work yet! thumbs up

Hi. Great building. Unfortunately, if you delete it the footprint stays. Is there a way to fix that?

Have you tried dezoning over the footprint? That happens sometimes with Peg's coastal lots. If you dezone over the area and a price shows, a "shadow" remained. Unless you mean the building still shows.

Bulldoze, Dezone, save, exit city, go back into city, it should be gone. :)

there's a glitch. when i demolished it, the base lot failed to demolish, so it's just left there, unremovable.

Dezone it, save the city, reload it. it should be gone

I plopped the building, and after a while, it just disappeared leaving the base. And now I can't demolish it. I've tried dezoning, saving, then reloading, but it's still there =( The building itself is great, but with just the base... it's not so great? Any idea how to fix it?

whoa im having alot of weird errors with this. the building disappeared when i put a road near it and the base lot is still there, it wont go away. but Nice building overall. u did a Fantastic job!
