  1. Humboldt Map

This map is absolutely beautiful! I have spent countless hours myself trying to piece together maps of different regions to make my own. I could not ever create something so seemless as this! Definitely the type of map I am looking for! Thanks so much!
  2. Hey guys. I am having trouble installing mods. I have been trying for a few days now and no matter where I seem to put the package files, they do not seem to work. I have tried a few different ones and nothing works. I will keep trying. If anyone has a solution, I would greatly appreciate it. Thaks! Brady **EDIT** I got the one I was trying to finally work. Just used the Mac manual installation instead of the Windows and everything showed up correctly
  3. Can't find it?... Ask here!

YES!! Thank you. My head was hurting after several days of hunting. Thank you. I can make my own maps again, as this was the easiest tool I found to use.
  4. Can't find it?... Ask here!

Hello everyone. It has been a couple years since I played SC4. My recent trip to Chicago has rekindled my urge to play SC4, as it always does when I visit there. I remember using this tool to create regions and config's but can't seem to remember its name or where I got it. I found one during the past three days of scouring the LEX, STEX, and PLEX but it is not the same one. This tool had the terrain generator, a name data based from US States and cities, and the config creator. If anyone could point in the right direction, I'd appreciate it. Thanks. Brady
  5. Making Puzzle Pieces

Blue Lightning- That is what I mean. Draggable would be best but even if they weren't I'd be happy. I will look into those links. Thanks
  6. Making Puzzle Pieces

Hello all. I am not sure if this is the correct place to post this, but I figured this would be a good place to start. I have a somewhat ambitious plan to create puzzle pieces for the Maxis highway to go over deeper areas (more than 15m). My first question is this possible? The second question is could anyone point me in the right direction to a tutorial or some information about making puzzle pieces for a transit network. Once again, if this is in the wrong place, I apologize. Thanks, BradySeitz
  7. The end of planet offer

For me, this is promising news. I thoroughly enjoyed PO but was unhappy about certain things. Most of them were the same things most everyone has already talked about. I haven't played CXL since before Christmas (renewed interest in TS3) I will continue to watch the developments of CX2011 and see where it goes. May just get back into it.
  8. Crater Bay

I like the story line. That's how many towns and cities were built in America, one strong willed business man using his power to get things done. I like where this is going.
  9. Show off your cities! (Screen Shots)

Yeah, I am not going to post any screenies until I upgrade my graphics card, which I might use my tax refund for that instead of a Wii. LOL. Awesome job and shots guys. Jealousy is skyrocketing!
  10. The End of Simtopolis

Good thing dreams don't really mean anything. Last night I dreamt that my cat was trying to kill me. LOL.
  11. Well, the northeast could join the EU (I live in Pennsylvania) and would not mind one bit. I was in London and much of southern England and loved it. But this is coming from a history nut so my opinion might not count for much. But I agree with Duke87, I would not miss Jersey. LOL
  12. NHP Map Catalog

Awesome job on all the maps. I love the Coos Bay map. I am using that one now with some modifications for my new region of Jernotia. Keep those maps coming. I dunno if there is a map of Erie, PA out there or not but would love to see one, especially with Presque Isle. Thanks
  13. Demo version released ~ For all those that can't wait

I read that in the read me and to be honest, I do not know what or where the games explorer is. Guess I can search for it lol. I'll look into it. I am at school on the laptop and the demo was installed on the desktop at home. If I find the explorer here at least I can find it again at home. **EDIT** I found it. I was just getting to frustrated last night. I never heard of the Games Explorer before. Now I know and will fire up the game tonight. Thanks guys and gals
  14. Demo version released ~ For all those that can't wait

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem with the demo: I downloaded and installed before registering at Cities XL site. I got the emails and everything, unfortunately, I can't even get the demo started. I am going to re-download it overnight and check in the morning. I did a check in the control panel and it is registering that the demo is installed, just cannot find the file to launch it, even under the Monte Cristo folder (Only thing in there is City Life World Edition) So I have 7 days to play and cannot even open it. No new desktop icon is created, even after a re-install. This will be great if the trial period runs out before I can even start that demo
  15. The Region of Marquette Bay

I always have trouble making rural areas that look decent, even though I was raised in one. Your success can be used as a template for other mayors out there to use. Can't wait for the next update.
