The modelling is great, and I love the fire escapes. However, for some reason the shops on the ground floor are showing up really blurry and fuzzy...they look so clear in the pics on the left, but the in-game gmax pics have them all out of focus...

A readme would be useful -.-

Pope, I fail to see how a readme would be helpful. Everything you need to know is in the description - there's a grow and a plop, one is residential, one is commercial...what else is needed?

Im going to use this building to represent the Park Building in Downtown Pittsburgh at the corner of Smithfield and 5th ave because it has many floors and a verizon store. i cant use this building in Cleveland ,ohio becuase there are no Verizon stores in downtown cleveland.
