Anyway, the story:
Three Archdemons have united under one association and have received from the devil the sole right to imprint the books of underworld! Unfortunatly, no trees therefor no paper exists in Underworld, so recources must be found in another way... recycling! And as such, the burning legion corp. was founded
This lot has massive recycling capabilities, produces some waterish fluids, and acts as a normal library. This lot has a small park and landmark effect and I think the cost is fairly balanced (maybe a tad too cheap), so it should be usable in a "real" city. If you should come to use it, it's best to use this close to water purification plants The library radius is larger then a normal library so you can place it slightly out of the center of town.
