PLEASE BE ADVISED: Plopable residentials WILL NOT WORK if you do not plop them over an existing DEVELOPED lot or combination of lots that equals the EXACT dimensions of the plopable building. Otherwise, building isn't bad. Roof texture could use some more work and it could use a little scaling up.

well I think it is trying to be something and it is not. Such a bizarre shape is not supported by any other feature of design. Windows are particularly in dissonance with overall shape.Plopping residential doesn't work, even over developed area. Once paths are recalculated there is always risk it get abandoned... Mayor and landmark effects for a growable lot are also a bit odd, but other stats are very good.

Also, it could be just me, but that looks more suitable for a low-wealth building. it reminds me of that depressing Pruitt-Igoe housing. Otherwise that's some awesome BATting considering it's your sixth.

This is not bad other than the scale issue, but you obviously do not play the game to realize plop residentials never worked. This has been known since almost day one!

A different style that is easy to spot in game. I changed it to a CO$$ plop. Got rid of the unneeded support parts and now have a building I can use. Thanks for sharing.

I like the modeling on the rooftops and the attempt to think "out of the box", shape-wise. In this particular case, it didn't work out entirely due to the rectangular base and that small triangle, which don't look realistic together with the main tower. A huge improvement, though! You're on the right track. Why not start a BAT thread? I'd love to see you open one. :o)

It's a very good building model. I use 1 in every city I build. But, there's only one problem.. sometimes, part of the model, is over the street. the vehicles passy by it, but it's very strange, But, I think that, otherwise, it's a good job! Thanks, and congratulations!!
