Dear citizens of Simtropolis, let me share with you a Farm inspired by Cognac Region Farms. This farm is dedicated to Jacqulina who is IMO "Legend of Simtropolis".

The farm is divided in 3 parts:

Central part where people live
2 Dependencies, where the people produce the wines for distillation, The distillery itself and a storage room where the Cognac is ageing for years in oak barrels. A part of it evaporate during the ageing, this part is called the "Ange Part" (The "worst part"  the best is for us...)
A front wall with its typical Entry closed the whole!  Thanks a lot to have read so far...

One growable version: so the farm will appear in the game if you delimit a agricole zone (low density industry)

Lot size: 5x6  ( the lot is saved as I-r3_5x7_Delpi_Farm_568b9956.SC4Lot should be 5X6. Sorry it was a digitation error which of course have no influence!)

I Know it's a lot , but most of them are essentials and you should,at least have, most of them. If not, It will take less time for you to download them than it took for me to find the links!...

Installation : - copy The Piotr Delpi (The Delpi world's Mayor) folder from ZIP file into
C:\…MyDocuments\Simcity4\Plugin folder.
After that, the farm will be available in the game.

*spittake* I would download this, but the sheer amount of dependencies put me right off. It looks beautiful, and I am sure you did your absolute best making it.

Well this was something that was requested in his thread, so its more for the people who admired it in the first place I think. The lot looks well worth the effort though, very well done.

Dear Friendzz, Thanks a lot for all your very nice & warm congratulations , I don't regret this upload. I was anxious because the dependencies quantity, but I am very happy that most of you have real expert eyes and judge my batting work.

Yeah but it's nice to have more than one site to d/l from. There's no reason not to publish here. You just have to put up with more complaining is all.\
Looks awesome Amthaak! Will it grow with SPAM enabled? I'll find out.
Add: the castle ramparts link no longer exists. Hopefully its included in the 2 or 3 files EA still offers. If not, any idea where else I can get it?
