Well, no need to be sarcastic, I assure you ... But yes, that was my original question... but I figured it out; The unsatisfied customers are unsatisfied because they can't get the goods they need and yo provide more goods you need more shop, I got that after posting my original question BUT .... The link or, should I say : "the non link" between shops and the "unfulfilled freight Orders" of the Industries is misleading, at the least.... I am having a lot of difficulty balancing demands and offers in commercial, Industries AND residential. I am now at 60K population, my map is almost full and only to satified my medium wealth I would need to build shops a third of the map ... I have unsold goods for high wealth shops and at the same time, shops closing complaining of the lack of merchandises.

Bonjour, I have been playing Simcity for the past three weeks and I have been reading a lot of stuff on the game, some that don't make any sense to me (or that I did not understood correctly). I am currently facing a problem where I'm having unsatisfied customers because I do not get enoug goods for them. In the meantime, I am facing a problem where my industries struggle because of the lack of workers. With all that, I am reading there is no link between Commercial and Industries as Industries prefer to send goods to the depot and that goods are magically created at 6am and 6pm..... How am I suppose to thicken the air where goods are taken from so that I have enough goods for my citizens!? Basically, where do I get my goods from and how can I enhance this. I only have one city so far and it has barely 25 000 citizens but so far, I always end up with cities of 120 000 that suddenly colapse to less than 100 000 and leave me with high bills to pay. I think I need to fix this issue if I want to have successfull high populated cities. Thanks for your help.
