I'd like to see a shiner window texture, but overall, it's a step up from some of your other uploads.

As far as custom BATting, it's a bit basic by 2009 STEX standards...basic can be good, but this looks very bare...

I love the modern blue look to this building. I would add a few things to make it more varied, like a helipad somewhere, or roof objects. But good job!

Does it come as a plop, growable? I might find use for it as a plop, but would not want to let it grow in my region. Keep it up.
