In August, I uploaded the original version of this mod. It did so little difference, that it was amazing. This mod greatly overides the old one.
*If you downloaded the old one, delete - Landfill_Mod.dat - from your My Documents Plugins folder!*

The installer installs the files .dat to - My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\un1\Landfill Mod\
The installer installs the readme and images to - My Documents\SimCity 4\STEX_Downloads\un1\Landfill Mod\
Mac Users - Use File Juicer to extract the files from this installer.
To Un-Install - Delete the folder called Landfill Mod located here - My Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\un1\Landfill Mod\
