This gives "empty lots". Plus the water and power are way too high. If you set this with the Sheraton Hotel you can use more power than the coal power plant puts out. The combined water use will use most of a small water pump. Was this what you were going for? Gotta put these two back on the work bench. Thanks for sharing thu.

The building looks good. Doesn't look like the google 3d warehouse one either(not implying anything). The billboards look great to keep making more buildings yourself! 8/10

Once again, your models have the same quality as google ware models; these do not look good in SC4! Textures can be your friend, but relying entirely on textures like this make your model horrible. And you are still using the same bad lots! Please, open a thread for your bats so that you can learn to improve!

Everyone calm down and stop being such followers. You want to start insulting and commenting bad things about someone's work if someone else did, it's like this is a copy the user's above post and edit it to your liking game. At least he tried to make a lot and even if he did import it from the Google Warehouse, he's doing something because of a lot of us are too lazy to do any of that stuff. And I noticed that most of you guys haven't even released anything. 7/10 mate.

This is a great tower but the lot itself needs to be better. And the texture on the roof is not perfect ( at least for my taste) Great building anyway and I like the billboards. Johan

wrong my model was built by me and the texture was been taken on "Emporis.com". You can compare to the google model, you can see the detail of windows and the structure.

Allright this is annoying.....Everyone who says this is a google 3d warehouse model: IT IS NOT, HE MADE IT HIMSELF AND THERE IS BIG DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ONE HE MADE AND THE 3D WAREHOUSE ONE. In fact, has any of you SEEN the warehouse one?!? I really doubt you have and just agree with others that make stuff up.

This is nice; but could you try placing on a 2x5 lot instead of a 4x5?

Guys, the 3d warehouse model has lighter textures than this one. Know what you guys are talking about before making baseless accusations... Oh, I almost forgot! 10/10!! :D

Building looks good but dont like lot it needs some work. 7.75/10 (8) Roof junk would look nice too. Keep it up tho
