yup, it sure is from google sketchup. If there are no nightlights, It usually means a lazy Batter or It cam straight from googke 3d warehouse.

Bad roof texturing and bad lotting, not to mention that it once again looks like you took a model from google warehouse. Once again, you need to work much harder to bring your work up to community standards

You did the same with the 40 Wall Street upload. You just made a textured box, yet i gave the other one a 9. Did you actually make the building and take the textures from the sketch up model or did you take it from google 3d ware house? Its okay to use the textures only if the model is made by YOU.

darknono35, your latest three uploads that are ploppable landmarks unfortunately also grow on empty lots. Note also that you shouldn't include the SAV file, as that is a redundant backup file that SC4Tool creates.

I don't think that this is plagiarizing, because you didn't say that you created it and it is uploaded as a BAT, but still.....a little cheap to take 3d models from some 3d-site, texture them and then try to become a great uploader here....hm. In my eyes , this is simply cheap and I would hide myself in a corner if I were you. Try making them by yourself and even if they don't come out right, you will receive much more respect. Sorry, that's my opinion.

TV-VCR and others, don't be so damn rude. Yes, he took this from the Google Warehouse, nowhere in the 'rulebook' dose it say that that's classed as plagiarism. Maybe you could try and be a little more helpful to this guy, instead of just flaming for the hell of it (we've all seen way worse stuff on the STEX). He knows how to export a model. Im not trying to sound rude, infact he could have made the model himself and just used the textures from the sketch up model,theres nothing against that. In fact, it is possible to use the sketch up model to make a copy by comparing its widith and height with the one you're making to change it. I apologize to darknono35 for sounding rude. Atleast he is bringing us buildings that no one even bothered to make.

There may be issues here and in some other works of darknono35. However, these are things that can be worked out with some greater understanding reached as to "doing the right thing." What can't be tolerated though is the "lack of maturity" by some who are having a hard time controlling their emotions when discussing the issues (i.e., TV-VCR).
