If variety is truly the spice of life, then this PEG MTP version of the Small Plaza should add a little zest to your rural cities. A central rural "drinking fountain" provides refreshment for parched pedestrians. Or maybe there will be a tall historic tree... or a fountain. Frankly, we just don't know what will show up as this plaza will display 1 of 3 different styles everytime you plop it. No more same-o, same-o on every corner.
This is a 1x1 lot... like the original... with the same costs and properties. It does not replace the original Small Plaza and appears next to it in your Parks menu.
