i'ts not realistic, $1000 is too cheap, much to cheap. It needs a hefty upkeep cost.

Kyrcant, I don't think realism is what's being aimed for here. This is a radical lot, and so therefore not one for the purists. It does what it does well, even if the lot itself could do with a little sprucing up.

Does this require any additional files? It doesn't appear in my parks menu. I have it in my plugins directory. Does it require Rush Hour?

Great Lot used it im my cheat city and layed down residential. BAM! There r Houses.

where can you find it? it doesnt show up in the parks menu? i have the deluxe edition, and i saved it into the plugins and unzipped it and it still doesnt show up?
