I really like the building, but I never use casinos in my city, because of the negative effect. Does this casino still have those negative effects, or maybe the dice can be taken off the top so it can be used as a CO$$$ building...? 10
...I commend your dedication to learning the BAT, but it is always best to put your ideas to the community in forums before uploading onto the BEX, especially if you feel it may be slightly lacking.
The best way to develop ideas you have if your skills are not too great can be to start a thread, asking for ideas and input to help develop your building, or to ask for a collaboration, where others with more skill can help with the harder parts...
Sorry, but I was a little too hasty with my scoring. I thought something wasn't right, and it's the white roof supports, there should be around three times as many, and all linked... Sorry, but it's a 9.. Although you did really well
hehe... I've just moved away from the Portsmouth/Southampton area to Germany, and I'd never seen two cities with so much rivalry when it came to football... A good reminder of my former home... 10

A very nice building, although from your pic it appears to stand in the middle of quite a large lot... Is it possible to also include a smaller lot in an update? But other than that, this is a fine building... 10
