This hotel looks good on a coast or anywhere in your city and it has a very large recreational area with swimming pools, a bar area, a small playground, tennis and paddle courts, a spa and a very modern lobby. It works as a Resort Hotel and it gives the same number of jobs as the Resort Hotel (I think its 40 or 50 CS$$$)
