Maybe you should adjust it, cause 500k a month is way to much :) Max 10k I should say cause if that's not enough, you shouldn't start playing some Strategic Sims :) That's just my opinion and tip. Lower the monthly income so it would still be a very little challenge to play. Idea and design is good enough though. Except for night lighting, could be a little more.

I think that though FlemishTuner has a good point, this does have its place. Because he has a point, I wouldn't mind seeing the same type of thing as this, but in a smaller and less profitable version. I like the "government vault" aspect of this lot. That's a lot of money for one month. This could easily be seen as a trainer-no trainer because of the profitability. I think it would be a good idea for someone to find a way to adjust the profit the building would bring in, so it would apply to everyone.

Mine blew up after 3 years of operation, it destroyed about 1/4 of my city.

Not gonna lie, I kind of like the idea of something that gives you $25,000 a month but will explode like a nuclear bomb if you're not really careful. I probably won't use it, but still.
