Hmmm! Seems as we get better and better, we also get tougher with our ratings. GOOD! I have always thought that too many 10's were being given. This does look like a nice lot. I will have to download and try it out. Will rate later.

because there have to be 2 spaces of water: couldn't you create a lot where you could have a street directly under the arch, without watrer of course... ? THIS would be a great city entrance ^^

This is a variation of "Victorys" functional Gateway which is already in lex. The Functional Gateway will allow traffic in all but the center square of lot .
