About This File

The LOT is a residence built in a High Environmental Quality approach (Green Label).

This approach aims to integrate in the building of sustainable development principles. The structure of the residence and finishing work have been massively made of wood; isolation of residence is made with wool cellulose to optimize its heating.

The north face of the building houses the galleries providing access to homes by against the south face is largely window to get maximum sun in winter. In summer, vegetation protects homes from the sun. Moreover, the presence of photovoltaic panels provides 50% of power consumption. The presence of solar panels guarantee the production of two-thirds of hot water. Finally, plants on the roof play an important role in regulating heat building

It contains now an extra R$$ residential growable LOT (created by X-Tool/PIM-X):

This look like something that is worth downloading even without the stats given, but I need to at least know the lot size, right?

If it's a residence, how come it has no population? Nice building but with no people it just takes up space.
