Section 8 Urban Housing is a federally-funded low-income housing development program.

I used to live in a city where a lot of the low-income rental apartments have little houses lining the alleyway, which is one feature I've always wanted in SC4. Well, here it is!

 

FEATURES - UPDATED:

*trees in the alley!

*streetlight in the alley!

*more shrubberies!

 

*Capacity should be around 78-83 R$ residents

*Growable - may use different apartment building combinations

*Stage 4 medium-density building

Newly updated and improved! Go download it now! Actual, real growable 3x3 lot with low-income residents! For best results, zone 3x3 lots holding the [SHIFT] key, and if your demand is good, it should develop quickly.

This looks the kind of thing I see all the time in Newark and other cities in Essex and Hudson Counties.
