Hey DTP a day time shot would be perfect as well too see the lot and along with a closer pic.... Does this have a custom Icon at all?? I wont rate at this time till i can download this later and look at further....

I am sorry I need to be harsh. This lotting looks nice on its own, and will be considered great back in 2004, but today is 2008, and there are batters who give us brand new park creations over the years, that this lot is not original and serves no real purpose. I will give you credit that you make it seems attractive, but been there and done that if you look back over the past creations by others. A 3/10!

You just unzip it, and put the file inside your My Documents/ SimCity 4/Plugins subfolder. Welcome to the wonderous world of custom content!

The parking in the center is very unneccessary... Cars are not the center of the universe.
