Seems like the scale is a little off.

Yes, just a tiny bit to big. The model is good, but the rooftexture doesn't belong there. As an architect I can tell right now, that this roof will leak within 30 seconds after the rain starts. Woodshingles like this should ONLY be on highly slanted roofs. Also the posts of the streetwalk are in the street. Hardly possible. (I only have seen it once in a small village in India)

well to explain the nasty roof... thats so it looks more like an old rundown building, as the real building is in corpus. other than that i agree. i dont blame you for not downloading it =P

The roof is a bit odd, try some concrete textures. I have seen your other BATs in your thread and the roof textures were good.Also the parking lot might need some cars.You have a fair start here and it doesn't suck eggs, if you want to see bad BATs look up my name :P

Excellent idea, change the rooftextures to cracked cement ones, that will improve it a lot.

Not something I will use in my cities, but the bat itself looks very decent, the lot lacks a bit however

thanks guys. yeah you know i think i just rushed through this one. i did it in about an hour and a half, ill re-release it later, completely re-done, more details on the building and better nightlights, and ill fix up the lot. for now i have some other stuff in mind, check my BAT progress thread for updates (custom content // BAT open discussion // KAOS BAT progress)

Can't wait to see the re-release, make sure to just render the model a little smaller too. ;)
