This is a non-existing office of the also non-existing company of Monterra Reizen. In the game however, it does exist ;-). This type of small office building can be found throughout the Netherlands, especially along the various motorways in new commercial areas such as Zaltbommel (A2) and Amersfoort (A1). In the game it’s a small office with medium wealth.
