Needless to put threes/stuff everywhere even when there's no need ! Try to keep the same pavment than the one you already use (in order to keep a unity when both BATs are close). Otherwise, perfect !!

Be careful. If you use these lots in the game, then remove them and try to open the same city, you crash straight to desk top. I have written the maker of this lot, but no write back.
