About This File

These apartments were once a high wealth tenement, but now it has been downgraded to low wealth and 1830 Sims have moved in.  Growable and ploppable (functional landmark) versions included. Pollution: Air: 8, Water: 10, Garbage: 8. Window nightlights included. No dependencies.

(Note that there is almost no room for props etc, so the lot is pretty lame). Finally the air conditioner on the roof isn't made by me (I tried for hours and hours but to no avail), it's part of the Roof junk set 4 by glenni.

Maxis' buildings of the same size can host up to 16000 people, so let's just say this is a little more grungry.

nice work dada, the housing numbers are a bit unrealistic, but the model is a large improvement over your last BATs. im not too crazy bout the T-REX teeth on the roof, but its a nice model. 9/10

Great job! - a dramatic improvement from your earliest BATs I must say. Maybe the occupant numbers are too high, and maybe the model is a bit too big, but all in all you deserve 8/10 - excellent work.

Good building BUT 1,830 people? Not a chance! A quick calculation just by observing the size of the building and rating it at say 10 one bedroom appartments per floor times (Counting basement appartments) 8 floors comes only to 80 appartments. So unless there squeezed in like 1930's New York tennements you are looking at tops 3 per appartment 240 people. So unless the buildings are 4th dimentional...Maxis numbers should not be taken too seriouly. Thus endith my Rant.

Number of population is obviously not to the realistic standard But the building it self looks nice it has night lighting nothing out of the ordinary So id say your building looks good all you really have to worry about is sizes.
