Until the Second World War, the German city of Kassel had a fine old centre, but was bombed in the war like many other German cities. Nowadays, the city has a more modern face with a lot of buildings from the 50’s, 60’s and of more recent origin. These two models are typical West-German after-war housing which can be found in almost any town or city in former West-Germany.  Cheap and quickly built to provide the then homeless citizens with a roof in a ruined city.  These two buildings can be found in Kassel in neighbourhoods outside the city centre.

Wow, thanks a lot haarlammer, even my city Haugesund( That got like what, 4 houses destroyed in world war 2), is full of these!

Very good, as always from Haarlemmergold. Its so realistc, and would fits in more than just German Cities. And for some reasons there isnt so many of this type residentals available for download.

You think Kassel has got many buildings of that type? Try to visit Wolfsburg ;D Very realistic work. There are a lot of these rowhomes in my neighbourhood (outer skirts of Wolfsburg) and I can say, yours look exactly like the ones I know. Very realistic, thumbs up ;)
